Lost Property

If you lose your property at Belfast International Airport, we endeavour to get it returned to its rightful owner.

For items lost or found on board an aircraft, please contact the relevant handling agent for your airline.

For property lost or found in the terminal building please contact the OCS Lost Property team via e-mail [email protected]. This email account is monitored Monday to Friday, 0900-1700.

Any unwanted or discarded pieces of luggage at departure gates will be treated as unattended baggage. These items will be removed and disposed of in accordance to our security policies. They will not be stored by the airport lost property team

Lost Property is operational Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 17:00.

Lost Property Charges

If you collect the item from the lost property section at the Airport, a standard administration fee of £5.00 will apply.

Please note, Lost Property will be held at Belfast International Airport for a maximum of 30 days.

Lost Property which is not claimed or collected within this timeframe will be donated to charities or sold on at auction with all proceeds going to a charity of the Airport’s choice.
