Tourist Information Desk
A tourist information desk is located in arrivals for both domestic and international visitors. Inbound passengers can obtain information on visitor attractions, accommodation, events and transport throughout Belfast and the whole of Northern Ireland. Opening hours are generally 7.30am to 7pm, Monday to Friday, Saturday 7:30am - 5:00pm and Sunday 8am-11am, however opening hours may vary due to flight schedules.
Out of hours we offer a 24 hour information point and customers can browse and select from the wide range of literature we have to offer.
Booking at the Tourist Information Desk
We offer an all-Ireland accommodation booking service and we sell bus tickets for the Airport Express 300 to and from Belfast City Centre and also tickets for the Air Coach to and from Derry/Londonderry, Dublin Airport and Drumahoe.
We can also can book tickets for major events and festivals within Belfast and offer bookings for all the major tours of the city. In our team of travel advisors there are French, German and Spanish speakers.
