
Belfast International Airports Rescue and Firefighting service (RFFS) were shortlisted as finalists for Blue Light Service of the Year at the inaugural Northern Ireland Blue Light Awards. Chief Fire Officer Mark Bothwell also won the award for most Influential Blue Light Man The judges recognised Mark’s leadership, commitment to innovation as well as strengthening collaboration across the blue light community. Mark’s impact is far-reaching and deeply valued.
Mark Bothwell, Chief Fire Officer said, “I am delighted to accept this award on behalf of the entire Rescue and Fire Fighting Team. We all know that it is not all about the individual but the team.
