easyJet launches new route from Belfast to Southampton

easyJet has put a new route on sale from Belfast International Airport to Southampton, with seats now available to book from £31.49*. Flights will take off from 29 October 2023 and will operate three times a week throughout the year.

Northern Ireland’s largest airline easyJet has today announced it will launch new route from Belfast International Airport to Southampton, which will take off for the first time this winter.

Flights to Southampton will launch from 29 October 2023 with departures three times a week on Mondays, Fridays and Sundays, offering customers in Northern Ireland even greater connectivity across the UK for leisure and business traveller alike.

On the south coast of England the historic maritime city of Southampton, home of the famous Titanic and Mayflower, not only provides onward connectivity from one of the largest European cruise ports, but is conveniently located near some of the south’s best tourist attractions like Stonehenge and Winchester Cathedral, as well as serving as a gateway to the beautiful beaches of England’s south coast and the New Forest.  

Seats are now available on easyJet.com and via the mobile app meaning customers can book early to get the best fares, from £31.49*.

The new route is one of nine new routes easyJet has launched today from its airports across the UK, to new destinations ranging across the UK, France, Morocco, Tunisia and Iceland.

The launch of even more new routes from the UK for next winter follows easyJet’s return to growth this summer in the UK which will also see easyJet operate its biggest ever UK summer flying programme, flying around eight per cent more capacity than pre-pandemic and over one million more seats in peak summer and 23 new routes from the UK including routes from Belfast International to Antalya and Rhodes.
