7 September is National Fitness Day. This national campaign is encouraging, and challenging, everyone to start to get more active.

Many of us already go for brisk walks, cycle, go for a swim or play sports.  However, some of us also intend to get active … but haven’t quite begun. So, this is your chance!

Whatever you decide to do, join in National Fitness Day and share it with us on social media & don’t forget to use the hashtag #fitnessday 

We are also using #teamBIA - so you’ll be able to track our airport employees as they get fit(ter!).

Apps such as Fitbit, Walking World and Stand Up can also help you to keep track of your activity and help keep you motivated

National Fitness Day will also see #TeamBIA kick start our Get Active Campaign … but we’ll tell you more, later!
