Extra Flights to Florida this summer

Published: 09 February 2010

Thomas Cook add additional flights to their Belfast schedule

Families looking for some fun this summer can consider Florida as an option, as Thomas Cook Airlines has now introduced more direct flights from Belfast International Airport every Saturday, Sunday and Monday from 26th June to 12th July 2010.

Renowned for offering the best entertainment, such as Walt Disney World Resort, Universal® Resort and SeaWorld® Orlando, there's much more to Florida than meets the eye. For rocket science fun, there's the Kennedy Space Center, the swamps of the Everglades National Park, or Busch Gardens, which houses African animals.  There's a feast of excellent restaurants to enjoy, low-key or hectic nightlife to cater for all tastes, beaches upon which to relax and a golf scene for all levels, not to mention fantastic shopping opportunities.

Frank Pullman, Managing Director at Thomas Cook Airlines, said: " Florida is a fantastic holiday choice for families, so we're very pleased that we're able to offer more direct flights from Belfast International Airport.  This means that our holidaymakers can travel to the Sunshine State with ease and comfort from their local airport."

This summer Thomas Cook Airlines will operate flights direct from Belfast International Airport to the Canary Islands, the Balearic Islands, Spain, Bulgaria, Crete, Turkey, Cyprus, Egypt, Tunisia, Dominican Republic and Mexico.
