United Airlines Named Best International Airline at NI Travel Awards

Barry Jackson, United’s Area Sales Manager Northern Ireland, wins Travel Trade Representative of the Year
United Airlines has been named Best International Airline at the Northern Ireland Travel and Tourism Awards 2013, where the airline’s Area Sales Manager Northern Ireland, Barry Jackson, also won Travel Trade Representative/Manager of the Year. The awards are based on votes by the Northern Ireland travel trade community.
It is the seventh year in a row that United, which operates nonstop service from Belfast International Airport to its New York hub, Newark Liberty International Airport, has been recognised as Best International Airline.
Barry Jackson was named Travel Trade Representative/Manager of the Year for a third time, after winning the award in 2012 and 2010. Barry was joined by Patricia Reede, Sales Manager Ireland and Brian Hughes, Corporate Sales Manager Ireland from United to accept the awards at a ceremony on Oct. 18, 2013 at the Slieve Donard Resort & Spa, Newcastle, Northern Ireland.
